I would like to say the opposite of this place but I don’t like the experience I had. I went with the specific idea of the colors I wanted for my manicure, besides spending almost 10 minutes looking for the colors to tell me that I didn’t have any of the two, they showed me several color palettes and when I asked for a color from that palette they told me That palette shouldn’t be on display. Very cute but not worth attention. I also asked her that I wanted the pedicure with a square shape and they do not seem square and you can see the color is not UNIFORM IN THE WHOLE NAIL.

This is a nice establishment BUT my husband and I had a horrible experience. We scheduled 2 pedicures, 1 manicure and 1 dip service with Karen after being recommended to visit by Duke who’s the owner. I waited a half hour for someone to start my service which they did not finish AND we had an appointment. The photo is a picture of my nails after they removed the existing dip but didn’t have anyone we wanted to provide service. My husband waited an hour and did not receive any service. We were told they were short staffed;however, other individuals received service upon arrival. The receptionist approached multiple techs and they all refused to provide service. We felt discriminated against because we were the only African Americans. For the inconvenience we were offered 20% on our next visit. The technician by the name of August paid for my pedicure and apologized for the way we were treated. August gets 5 stars!! Beware if you are of African decent!

First of all, this place is amazing! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I got my nails done for my baby shower I’m having this upcoming week … and I could not be happier!! Vickie is WONDERFUL. She’s so talented and we had a great conversation 🙂 the only reason I decided to give 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a bit pricey. Other than that, I couldn’t have better things to say about this salon 🙂

Tipsy Salon is a calm and serene spa and one of my favorite places. Recently I had my nails done by Cindy, there is no one better and I have known her for many years. I followed her from another salon because she does such a great job and she is friendly and easy to talk to. One of my new favorite techs is August, the pedicure was relaxing and perfect and she is creative and interesting, highly recommend both of them! Wonderful experience every time, the manager always wants to make sure you are well taken care of. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment

Lady at front desk was very sweet. Nails came out pretty but unfortunately I was nipped on almost every finger besides my thumbs. Some left with cuts. Have been a few times and never had this issue

I’ve been coming to Tipsy for a VERY long time and have experienced nothing but friendly, sensational service. They offer a large variety of services so if I’m not in for my nails and toes, I’m getting my eyebrows done. Scheduling is always a breeze and the lovely staff takes care of you throughout your whole experience!! 10/10 definitely recommend

I love this place! I’m pretty picky when it comes to hair and nails that’s why I’m so thankful to have found both in one place!! Raphael does a fabulous job with my hair and Hannah is very detailed with my pedi’s! The ambiance is great plus having a glass of wine adds to the experience. To top it off, the owners are genuinely nice people!
