Although the women that work where are super nice, I don’t think I’ll ever return to this shop. Not only is the pricing outrageous but my nails only lasted a week. I got the gel dip powder and gel polish on my nails. One of my nails had already chipped, most of them had cracks in the gel polish and the grow out looks like I’ve had them for 2 weeks already (this was because they didn’t even get close to my cuticle with the polish). I wear gloves when doing any type of cleaning or handling water. So I’m not quite sure why this is happening already. They were more than willing to redo them, which was nice. So I went today to get them re-done. I’m so unhappy with my nails, they are terrible. They are bubbly, the sides weren’t covered with polish/top coat, and once again the polish isn’t anywhere near my cuticle. I drove clear across town to get these done twice. I sadly won’t be revisiting.

I was in town visiting & decided to give this place (East location) a try. I originally went in because I needed a pedicure & dip for my nails but ended up only getting the pedicure because I was unpleased with the results.The pedicure chairs are old, outdated, & not very clean. Most nail salons use a new tool pack (nail file, foot scrub, cuticle utensil, etc) on each customer. This place does not. The whole pedicure was extremely rushed despite the fact that they weren’t even very busy. The foot massage was sub par at best. They are very overpriced on their pedicure services. I would have no problem paying such a price as long as I was provided with a 5 ⭐️ job. The owner gives a generic response insisting she will relay the message to the rest of the staff for future improvement blah blah blah! Do NOT go to this salon!

I haven’t been here in years, yet it was just as amazing as before. Got a spa pedicure with Jane and she was wonderful and courteous, making sure I was doing okay the entire time. The place was clean and calm and the staff I interacted with were friendly and kind. Definitely recommend.

I read some of the reviews and I was shocked to see the bad ones I have been going here for quit awhile now and I highly recommend it. I was not able to get my nails to grow at all but Vivivan put on a thin coat of dipping gel along with painting them with the color of shellac polish I picked and today my nails are long and strong I love them and every where I go people compliment my nails and are shocked they are my real nails. I always have great service with Vivivan on my nails and Moon does my toes they are both awesome. But while I am there getting my nails and toes done I am always looking around and everyone is always looking very happy with there service and Vivivan treats each person that walks in her door with a very pleasant Hello how can we help you. And she knows so many people by there first names which tells me they are customers that have been going there for awhile that shows me Good Service a place I like to be going.
