Critical: PunctualityI called and asked if they took appointments, the person I spoke with said yes. I asked if I could come at 3:30pm I was told that’s fine. When I arrived the staff was friendly and acknowledged me and asked if I was there for the pedicure I said yes. Of course I did not think they’d start at exactly 3:30. However I didn’t expect to wait 2hrs. After waiting about an hour I told them about my appt and was told they didn’t take appointments. I showed them the confirmation text. They then sat me in a pedicure chair and started my service and then stopped. I waited another hour and they are just starting where they left off at 5:37pm. They were very unapologetic.
