Set up two appointments online for 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Oct. 2nd. Arrived several minutes before the 1st appointment and was told they canceled them because we didn’t show up. Online told me 3 but stylist told me appointment was at 2:45 p.m. I did not receive notice that they took it upon them selves to cancel my appointments without confirming with me if I was going to make it. Overall I have nnever dealt with that employee, so the online and instore appointment scheduling is all sorts of messed up and gives false times. I will still go here when I feel is suited but as of today I felt that they didn’t want to deal with cutting my kids, wife’s and my hair bc there were 4 of us before 2 hours closing. But to be told my appointments were canceled upon arrival was uncalled for when we showed up at the time we set up. There should be communication to any customer when they decide to cancel appointments. Until next, I’m sorry for leaving a review like this but it was uncalled for. Thanks…..

I usually love this place, but the lady that cut my 5 year old grandson’s hair nicked his ear with the clipper. He was not being naughty, but was accused of slouching and not sitting up enough She told him he moved, that was why she got his ear. He only moved when she cut his ear. He pulled it together and did not cry. She even told him she did not cut his ear. There was never really an apology I will never go back to this lady.. 🙁 (unfortunately, did not catch her name) I do have pictures of his ear. Hopefully I can get him to go back. I WILL go back to the other gals there that do a great job! I did call the manager who was very nice about all of this. :::::: Edit on this review- a week after I called the salon about this issue, I noticed that I gave the stylist there a $9 tip on a $12 haircut. How????? They have a new system. When paying with a debit or credit card before, you would hand them your card and THEY swiped…Now it flips around so YOU can swipe it and choose a tip and how much. I also bought a hair care product. When checking my receipt I paid a tip on the whole total ..not the haircut alone, When calling the manager again to ask about this new issue , she told me the system was changed and I pushed the wrong button. I was supposed to push the button that said custom tip. If you want to tip only based on the stylists job she did, you choose that button so you are not paying on the total.. The stylist rang me up and sat and watched me. She did not tell me anything about the new system. ( of course not, more money for her) HOW DECEIVING The manager told me sorry 20 times in the conversation and said she could not refund the money.. So basically my fault for not being told about the new changes…I am wondering how many times it has happened to others. SO BEWARE when paying your bill. Or pay your tip in cash… Funny how the taxes were separate for the product and the haircut but the tip was combined into one.

Very disappointed with my haircut. One side was cut shorter than the other, and the front was much different than what I requested (even had pictures to help show what I wanted done). The back part of my hair was done decently, which is why I rated this place 2 stars instead of 1. Now I’m contemplating on having my hair fixed and getting a much shorter haircut to fix what was messed up. I don’t recommend coming here.

I’ve had my hair cut here several times and I’ve been pleased up until yesterday. I don’t know the lady’s name but she didn’t listen to what I told her I wanted or go by the picture I showed her. My hair looks terrible. I will never go back there again. Haircut

I went in with about 20 min till close and they said they could do my hair. They rushed my haircut the whole time she just started snipping fast. Made me pre pay and after that it was just get me out and close the store. Very low quality haircut no fade at all she didn’t even try. Usally I go and there very nice people always give me a towel in the end. Today she blew half it down my back and into my hood, no towel either. Very let down won’t be going back, if you go make sure not to get the lady that’s slightly orange and had blonde highlights!!!!!

This location has a male employee with pink hair who literally refused service to my 9 year old special needs son. Very humiliating experience. He said he doesn’t have the patience to cut his hair. Costcutters on Sunnybrook gave him a haircut shortly after, and did a great job.

Went to Joselin once, and only once for a haircut. I didn’t know what to expect since It was my first time being to super cuts on Floyd. I don’t ever trust anyone with my hair at all, I just had to get a haircut right away for an emergency (my brothers wedding) . Since then I have now found my my new favorite person to cut my hair! Now I’m going to keep going back to her, great place with a great value. Overall I give her a 10/10
