Getting comfortable with the idea of doing something so completely self-focused took me one visit because Mame was so good at making me feel welcome. Between daily exercises and Mame’s skilled massage therapy, I’ve been able to resolve some physical problems without drugs or surgery.If I could, I’d do this every week, but just once a month has made a wonderful difference in my well-being. Mame starts off with lighter pressure for a beginner and progresses to deeper pressure each time. Of course, she checks in regularly and will adjust to the individual’s needs.
