I was super excited to get my nails done. I usually go to Milano in Pearland but I didn’t have time today so I tried this place. Let’s just say this place is much more expensive for a mediocre experience. It’s been only a week and the clear coat on my dip is already cracking and peeling and I’m so upset. It’s the worst on my thumbs and I’ve never seen it so bad so quickly. Literally got my nails done last Tuesday. All my nails have cracks in them and all of them have the top coat chipping off. So so so so so upset. Additionally my pedicure was lack luster. They didn’t even focus on cracks of my feet and the polish has already chipped on my toes as well. Now I have been getting my nails done for a long time and haven’t seen my nails deteriorate this quick anywhere else but here. Either they’re diluting their products so it doesn’t last or they’re using cheap quality stuff.

Probably one of the classiest nail salons I’ve ever been too. Free wine. The most nail colors to choose from. Three separate rooms with six chairs in each for pedicures. And not the usual ones that are so scrunched together. Kim was nice and initiated plenty of conversation. Felt a little rushed. I’m use to longer massage time on the legs, but that’s okay.

This was my WORST experience at a nail salon ever. They were UNSANITARY, UNPROFESSIONAL and most importantly DISRESPECTFUL. They did an AWFUL job at shaping the nails during both services. An employee came and disposed of another clients drink in my pedicure tub. I also had a nail technician ask me for my name and when she could not pronounce it she told me she would just call me Lalalalala, so I made a smart comment back that how would she feel if I called her Mrs. Ling Ling. All employees there thought that laughing would make everything better but instead it showed me that they lack understanding and customer service. Would not recommend anyone to go here.
