I have went to Tiffany’s for over a year now and never had a problem until the past two weeks. Around two weeks ago I went and got a full set of acrilyc nails put on for a vacation. The woman who did my nails was on the phone the whole time and trying to put on acrilycs (very hard to do), so it took a little bit longer than usual, but I didn’t mind. Two days after while I was on vacation out of the country, two of my nails fell off in my sleep, another while on the airplane home, and another while I was working after I got home. I called up the day after I got home to discuss my issue with the business. The woman who did my nails came on the phone and started yelling at me when I explained myself. I went in today for my scheduled fill and she yelled at me again, and wouldn’t let any of the other employees do my nails. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I left. Rude service. Worst quality I have ever gotten. And I couldn’t even get my four nails fixed. I would never reccommend it!!!!

I came in here for a pedicure and a shellac manicure and I left before they could even finish my services . The man doing my nails was rough and rushing through my entire service. He caked on my polish on my toes so thick that you would not believe. Literally 4 coats of paint before each coat was even dried. I asked him to take it off because it was too thick and he immeditly had an attitude. So glad I didn’t let him touch my finger nails.

I waited almost 45 minutes even though I had an appointment set for 2:30pm. Just now getting home at 4:10pm. I had filed and shaped my nails the way I wanted them before coming in and was told they had to be filed “a little bit”. Said ok and my nails are shorter than my finger tips, and they were shaped to be round. I came in with square somewhat long nails. Manicure was ok except the hand massage didn’t exist. My shellac looks like a 5 year old did it, not to the top of the nail, lumpy and uneven, thinner in some areas where you can still see the nail threw it. I’m glad I didn’t pay for it, thankfully I had a gift certificate. I will not be returning.
