Always got a nice cut but… called for a 12:30 – 1 availability and was told they had a 1230 opening. Fought crazy traffic to get there at 12:30 and I was told we’ll be right with you and then they seated another man waiting. Just tell me your booked and I’ll avoid the hassle. To their credit they did call me back.

She is the only one I trust with my hair and she will not lie to you if you ask her to be honest about how much she needs to cut off for your hair to be healthy again. She’s honestly the best. we’ve had fine experience with haircuts here, and I personally feel they know what they are doing in the haircut department and do good work. However, we had two HORRENDOUS experiences with color… I don’t usually write reviews, but I think it’s good to think twice before choosing Super CUTS for color (maybe that’s why they don’t call it Super COLOR). The manager did try to work it out with us, and offered to redo our hair herself which we will take her up on once the damage grows out a little more, but for color/highlights, I and my daughter were left with really inexcusably bad hair. Mainly, I was greatly disappointed because I was led to believe the stylist who worked on me knew “exactly” what we wanted, she was very reassuring and I have seen her haircuts, they are good — but in this case, both my daughter and I had to wear hats for our whole vacation, which we left for the DAY AFTER we had our hair done — two different stylists did the color. Mine turned out red like Bozo the Clown (when I had stated emphatically that I wanted “anything but RED – even GREY is better than red for me,” because I look just awful with red hair), and my daughter’s highlights left like a “line” across the front of her head, so she could not wear her hair tied back at all – it was just odd, I’ve never seen that before. All this being said, they have done great work with haircuts for my sons and my mother. I find the staff to be very nice and generally very competent with haircuts. I hope they will get better at this. It would be good to hear someone had a good color experience there — some people must be happy with their color, or they wouldn’t offer it, I’d presume…

I am so grateful for Michelle I could cry! My mom called me telling me she was going to chop all her hair off because she was so sick of her color! As a busy salon owner, over 7 hours away from her I was so bummed that she was restoring to a pixie (nothing wrong with that look but not what my mom wanted or needed) I waited nervously for an after photo and was thrilled when I recieved it! Michelle clearly knows her color and how to treat a frustrated woman! She worked her magic making my moms hair look like a natural ash blonde so that she could grow out her natural grey! As a color specialist myself, I know what it takes to create this look…. skills! She could have easily just chopped her hair off and sent her on her way but she took the time to address what my mom really needed. I found out that she is the manager and rightfully so! I’m so happy to know that my mom will be in great hands! Thank you so much Michelle! Keep up the great work!

I went in for a color correction and a cut, Carly did a awesome job. I went in with three different colors in my hair and came out with one beautiful color and a great cut and style that I didn’t feel I had to redo when I came home. I am so pleased!!!!!!
