Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in to get my eyebrows waxed a few days ago and the wax was too hot for comfort , just to realize the next day the wax was so hot it visibly damaged my eyebrow with burn marks on my eyelids and eyebrow. I promptly called to inquire about if she (Tiffany) knew she should check the temperatures before applying,I mean it’s the first thing they teach you in school about it, and after telling her I was legitimately burned by the wax she told me to apply Neosporin then said bye 3 times over my voice and hung up on me??? Not even an attempt to make a settlement for the 1st degree burn she left on my face. Neosporin is NOT going to do anything about the pain it is causing me especially being in the fold of my eyelid that gets sweaty and friction from blinking.
