Mr. Cliff is the best hair stylist ever!!!! I am so thankful to him for helping me maintain my crazy curly hair. If it wasn’t for him, my mom wanted to cut my hair as it was so hard for me to maintain it daily. Earlier today, he gave me the best haircut in my life, after spending over an hour combing thru it carefully and brushing out my hair knots. I am very grateful for his amazing skills and would highly recommend him to any teenagers with high maintenance hair.

Cliff Hall is an amazing hair stylist. In all honesty, he should be working in Hollywood or an upscale hair salon in Manhattan. Simply put, he is a magician with his scissors. I love how he literally transforms the way I look in a matter of 30 min. Cliff is incredibly talented!!!!! We are so lucky to have him in our neighborhood. He always makes my hair look so glamorous and stylish, much better than anything I had imagined. I love it every time. I get endless compliments on my haircut for weeks after I see him. His salon is very conveniently located at the Four Corners in Jacksonville/Phoenix area, close to the Safeway with parking right outside the salon. It is very easy to schedule appts. thru Vigaro. Highly recommended. A++ 10 STARS!!!!
