Critical: ProfessionalismDisappointing. I showed up for my appointment with Leah at 9:30 AM sharp and when I inquired at reception, I was told to have a seat and wait. 30 minutes later, I still hadn’t seen Leah so I followed up. Turns out she wasn’t at the salon! They called her and she got on the phone with me and apologized as she didn’t have me down on her schedule (despite the fact that I had confirmed with her by text the week before). She asked if I wanted to reschedule, to which I replied yes. She told me that she was going to text me immediately after the call. An hour later, she texted me and asked me if December 29th would work. I replied, “What time?”. Hah! She never texted me back. This is just beyond appalling. I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else.
