Robbed. They said they could do the design I asked for. The lady who helped me was nice but she later realized that she couldn’t do it. So, another lady attempted and it still didn’t look good. This lady gave me attitude for no reason. I know you want to go home… but I told them, I had other choices for my nails if they couldn’t do it. So…I try working with them to fix it. The second lady was doing a quick job with a BIG attitude. I even had to tell them to put an even coat. End of story, the powder for the tips got all over my skin and under my nails. I am currently filing it. 95 dollars on a mistake I didn’t even make smh ♀️ At least it looks fine on the outside but I am never coming back!

I usually do my nails but as a fellow artist in the industry, you still want to get pampered! Today I decided to support another small business. I went on Google, looked for a salon near me & read the reviews. I saw a daughter of a client/friend of mine left a great review with pictures of her nails. I called and asked for her tech, Lena. She removed the work I did & did a new set. I love her knowledge and ease in creating what I wanted. I was in & out promptly. I can’t spend too long at appts so it was just right! To end this, I absolutely LOVE my nails!! Thank you Lena, you’ve gained a new client:-)

Critical: QualityThe lady cut my pinky nail really low while she was taking off my last set it was bleeding a lot and hurt bad. She did not take any money off and charged me $50 even tho she made me bleed and it wasn’t neat. The nails were thick and uneven I am not satisfied (the green set)Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityI’ve gone here a few times , it’s a hit or miss when the owner does my nails I never have a problem. When the other employees do them not so great. I was there for a little over an hour and still had to correct the lady on my nails. Very think not very clean , each of them are different shape. Called and made an appointment the day prior. Arrived 10 minutes early. I sat and waited an additional 35- 40 minutes until someone finally started my nails. Why take appointments if you are not going to honor them?? I don’t mind waiting 10 or 15 minutes but 40 minutes is ridiculous! While I was getting my nails done someone else called and made an appointment. There was no appointment book, nothing was written down. I was thinking in my head good luck with that!
