I just moved to the area and found this amazing salon! Emily was my stylist and was the most kind and thorough stylist I have ever encountered. She listened and asked helpful questions to get me my desired outcome. She took her time and paid attention to detail. My color and cut turned out amazing and I can’t recommend her enough! The vibe in the salon is great as well. It’s close the the waterfront park in Silverdale and a very pleasing environment.

I had a great experience here! As I am new the to area I was a little intimidated to try a new salon, but my stylist Emily was amazing! I was 15 minutes early and she was ready for me right away. She is such a sweet person, and considering it was my first time going to this salon she made me feel at ease. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job executing my cut!! I highly recommend her and won’t hesitate to book her for my next haircut. The salon itself is very clean and organized and every employee I interacted with was very friendly. It was super easy to book online, and they send you reminders which is super helpful! I won’t hesitate to go back for all my hair needs.

Very annoyed about this place. I had my hair hilighted once by Sydney who did a great job however my experience after that went down hill. Was new to the area trying to find a hair stylist I could trust. I had a haircut scheduled in May and was notified she had no appointments in May so I got a trim elsewhere. Come late June I begin looking on the Vagro app and she is already all booked for most of July. Found a slot for end of July, drive over 20 minutes to be told I only booked a 15 minute consultation. Are you kidding? Sydney then tells me that other people have had this problem of only scheduling a consultation-well maybe you should do something about it?! I show up at my 4 pm “consultation” and She tells me she has another appt at 4:15 and attempts to reschedule me. I will be finding a new salon, I have NEVER had so much trouble getting an appointment for a simple haircut. Horrible customer service.

I have been a client of Kellie’s for over 10 years. The salon is bright and inviting and all the stylist are welcoming and professional. I was in a few weeks ago and another client walked in maskless, even though signs are posted. He was rude and standoffish when asked to wear a mask but Kellie handled the clients temper tantrum like a pro, informing him that she would be happy to still see him – IF he would wear a mask. As a mother of a small child I appreciate that the salon is taking everyones safety in mind.
