Terrible Customer Service : I took my father to this barber for the very first time last Saturday. As soon as my father sat down to the barber seat, I started explaining the hairstyle my father wanted (as he does not speak English). The barber did not let me speak first and interrupted me with his bombarding questions and then literally refused to listen to me. This 49 year old man claimed professionalism and then refused serving us eventually. Huh? I have no information about the haircut service for I left without service but as far as the customer satisfaction, if I could, I would give this aggressive and extremely rude man 0 out of 5 stars. After I was about to leave, I came back in the shop again and asked for his name to obviously complain later. He arrogantly pointed to the sign outside the shop and said, “My name is on the sign.” He underestimated my question so I could not get a brief answer nor did I see any sign showing any names, but I believe he was Mike.

I’ve been going to Mike’s Barber Shop for over 25 years and have been experiencing a great haircut every single time. Sam is a great barber who is a true master of his trade. I have never had a bad haircut and will continue to go there all the timer. This barber shop is clean, equipment is all up to date and we always engage in great conversations about sports, politics and whatever is on our minds. I would definitely recommend this barber shop to everyone.

Very hard to find the right barber who can do a good job. But Mike does a great job! My experience with other places like Great Clips was horrible and each time you find a new surprise. With Mike he knows you personally and highly experienced barber. I’m definitely going to Mike for my every haircut!
