We offer exceptional threading services at our many locations. Threading is a form of hair removal that gently removes unwanted hair from the eyebrows and face with the use of cotton thread. In threading, a thin (cotton or polyester) thread is doubled, then twisted. It is then rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike tweezing, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove short rows of hair. Advantages cited for threading, as opposed to waxing and other forms of hair removal, are that it provides more precise control in shaping eyebrows/facial hair and is gentler on the skin.

Very very bad place. I have never seen anybody in my life who ask for tip. The lady did my eyebrows in 5 minutes and did not ask me anything about if I like it or not. She was so rude and when I paid she asked for tip directly. N whe. I was leaving she was gossiping with her colleague that I didn’t give her tip. She didn’t even show me a mirror to see my eyebrows. Bad and the worst place. So sorry to say that but she hurt me.

I am not one to leave reviews or be petty but I had to. Worst experience of my life. I literally showed her photos of my eyebrows from the last time I got them threaded and they had fully grown out since then. I made it very clear to not make them thin, just to clean them up and look like the photo (where they’re clearly the same thickness as when I came in). She was like “yeah ok ok” which now looking back on, was a red flag, but I figured she knew what she was doing and didn’t need me to over explain it to her. I for real shed a tear when I looked in the mirror because of how terrible of a job she did. They’re completely uneven, there’s a whole spot missing from where the arch should be on one of them, and she made them extremely thin. Nothing like the photos I showed her or my verbal explanation at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here but this was by far the worst of them because of how clear and detailed I was and how she disregarded everything I said, so I had to say something here because that was ridiculous.

Yesterday I and my wife went for threading, before I sat for threading I asked the lady if they do sides on the face as I get that thread too. She replied yes but its extra charge, so I said that’s fine, so I sat down for the threading, when she finished threading I checked there were some hair left on my eyebrows and hair close to my nose on both sides, she said to sit so I sat and she did the missing hair near the eyebrows but she didn’t do the hair close to nose, so I said the hair near nose is still there. She said they don’t do that so I replied that I asked you if you do sides, she was unprofessional how she was talking to me and also she didn’t thread that part from both sides. She didn’t even applied any cream or astringent or aloe vera Erich caused my forehead and face red. She was rude and the threading was not worth $25. I have been getting threading done for 20 years and this was the worst ever threading and customer service I had. I am sorry to say but I will never suggest this salon for threading to anyone.
