Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been a client of The Threading Place since they opened. I started with eyebrow threading and then added tinting and recently added eyelash extensions. There is often a wait when you go in as a walk-in but it’s not long and they will let you know if it will be longer than expected. They are attentive and treat each client professionally. I have never walked out dissatisfied. I think it’s important when getting tinting to manage your expectations. I get medium brown because the light brown is too light but I only figured that out after trying out the light brown first. If they don’t have the shade I need they have used a different shade and changed the tinting time. They do what they can to satisfy you but I recognize that they can’t control everything. I have been a client of The Threading Place since they opened. I started with eyebrow threading and then added tinting and recently added eyelash extensions. There is often a wait when you go in as a walk-in but it’s not long and they will let you know if it will be longer than expected. They are attentive and treat each client professionally. The lady wouldn’t give me the color I wanted she said they didn’t have a color that dark she “ASSURED” me by showing me photos of the color (which I later looked up and she had printed them off of google , they were not done there “. Anyway 3 days later my brows are still so light . So I go in and want a refund I did not want to do anymore services with them. But they claimed I wasn’t in the system nor did I fill out paperwork which I did . When I asked to see their book of paperwork to show them mine they didn’t have it ? SHADY? I will never ever go there not even to pass that store because they pissrf me off so bad and seriously was so terrible abd did not know why they were doing . I filled my ow brows in with makeup (which I was trying to avoid by tinting ) if I could give a big fat goose egg I would but I have to settle for one star but don’t be fooled . Critical: QualityGot my lashes done on Saturday (yesterday) and here it is Sunday (1 day later) and they are already coming off. $37 thrown down the drain smh.
