Cleanliness has always been key to our success and these days its more important than ever. Our staff are disinfecting all door handles and areas which are touched frequently. We use face masks when waxing and wash hands or use hand sanitizer between each client. We offer all clients hand sanitizer when they enter the salon. At THREAD, we are known for our friendliness, professionalism and, above all, our commitment to providing the best service possible to our clients.

I’ve been to thread a couple times now, and the experience is always a pleasant one! The place is always clean, you are welcomed with warm smiles, and the service is great overall. I would definitely recommend Saru. Waxing is painful, but her calmness and demeanor makes it better! If you are looking for a waxing place, thread is your best bet!

Used to love this place! got eyebrows and sideburns done but quality has recently gone down. There are a lot of new people who are doing eyebrows and seem unexperienced. My eyebrows were threaded very unevenly despite me just asking for a shape up and there was not much that could be done to fix it … also my sides were waxed horribly for $12 they are usually done well but this last time there was still little hairs that the lady could not removed for some reason and she got wax all over my hair. Not coming back here anymore

I came here for my 2nd time and was once again thrilled with the amount of care taken by NC. She managed to do full legs, arm, and a Brazilian in 45 mins and still managed to be very thorough, no hair was missed and the brazilian was the least painful i’ve ever had. She is an expert in waxing and I would recommend everyone to book with her when you can because she is one of the best in NYC. She’s so sweet and really makes sure you are comfortable during the whole process.
