Highly recommended! I am retired and on social security, so spending money on massages falls under luxury items. Usually I am disappointed in massages as I like deep work that gets all the knots and kinks worked out. Most people do not even come close to getting this done. But not so with Thomas, I actually found myself asking him to lighten up some (this is unheard of with me) and he got me in much better shape in a short period of time.
