Kat is awesome! She is so kind and intuitive. The warm table, hot towels, and hot stones were AMAZING. And my neck felt like I traded it in for a new one by the time I left. I also have a hard time lying flat on my belly due to low back pain and she instantly knew it was connected to my psoas muscle and worked it out gently and effectively. Thanks Kat!
