Chris is extremely effective in relieving chronic pain. I have been to so many massage therapists that give great massages, yet there is no true pain relief once the massage is over. Chris is extremely knowledgeable of the body and how it works. She not only gives a wonderful massage, but brings about the outcome you need.

Chris is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is so incredibly knowledgable about the musculature and skeletal system. I have had lower back and hip problems for years and was very frustrated after endless visits to orthopedists with multiple X-rays and MRIs couldn’t figure out the problem. Chris was so systematic in finding out which muscles were the culprit and she helped me learn ways to stretch so that I can keep the problem at bay. I am so impressed with her knowledge and ability to find the correct issue even when the doctors could not. I’ve referred friends and family to her and everyone had rave reviews. She is by far the best!

Chris is incredibly professional and highly skilled. I went to her with pain from a lower back injury (bent and twisted wrong) and she was extremely thorough and patient to ensure she was working the proper muscles to relieve my pain. After struggling with the injury for two weeks she gave me relief that I felt within just a day – I was able to sleep peacefully for the first time in weeks after seeing her!
