Jackie has created a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere at Theory Hair Lab. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and just R-E-L-A-X and enjoy being pampered. She uses high-quality products that are sulphate, paraben and cruelty-free which is very important to me. She is a perfectionist and very professional (but approachable)… she knows her stuff and takes the time to explain things in common language. I love that she is constantly educating herself on the newest trends and cuts. I recommend her to everyone I know. Jackie is so talented! I have naturally curly hair that I usually wear straightened. She takes the time to listen to what I would like and translates how those pictures and inspiration would look with my hair. My hair always looks great leaving and in between appointments. The products are high end and excellent quality. Theory Hair Lab is so gorgeous and creates a beautifully relaxing environment. I have been going to Jackie for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Her skills have taken my dark brown long hair to short blonde hair to balayaged chic bob and lots in between.
