If you follow the plan, you WILL lose the weight. Once you reach your goal, they have a wonderful maintenance program lead by a dietitian to help you keep on track. Amazing staff! Thorough kind considerate. Some of the staff have gone through the program and know what you’re going to go through. Their help is invaluable. The doctor is amazingly intelligent and kind straightforward and honest. In two weeks I’ve lost 19 lb and my pain level has gone down 60%. My only regret is that I did not find this program sooner and I would encourage anybody who wants to lose weight or has other problems related to wait to give this program a try. I go to the weigh station to get massages by Robbie. He is the best therapist I have ever been to. Not only is he professional, he is able to tailor the service to meet your particular needs and always asks if there is a certain area to focus on. Not only is the massage relaxing but so is the environment. He has also taught me stretches I can do at home to keep my neck and shoulder muscles stretched out.
