I got a haircut from one of the barbers whose name I forgot. To distinguish her by appearance though, she had black hair, colored eyes(green I think), pale skin, a little above average height(I think), and is noticeably overweight. Her fading skills were not the best at all. She forgot to give me a line up, so I reminded her and she got confused on how to give me a line up. I explained to her how, but she was still confused so I just said it was fine. I wouldn’t want a confused barber to line me up. She didn’t even provide me a hand held mirror to look at the back of my head(I had to ask for it) or ask me how it looks when she finished. I can only blame her for so much, but in the end it’s her higher ups who are doing a poor job of managing, supervising, and teaching her. Unprofessional, unfit, and poor work. Good luck to whoever goes there. I certainly wish your experience is better than mine.

It is always beneficial to check in online before coming here so you can see the wait time and know what time you should arrive. I arrived 15 minutes early with my kids and we were seated right away because the others that checked in online hadn’t arrived yet. So we jumped up from 4 & 5 in the queue to 1 & 2. If you try to walk in, you will usually end up waiting a while.

I just walked in at 7:41pm to sign myself in for a haircut for my birthday is next Thursday. I punched inn two numbers the girl her hair in a tight bun Immediately walked up to me and told me they’re at capacity and cannot cut my hair there was only one guy ,and one kid waiting with his mom and one kid in the chair almost done with three ladies present to cut hair. I told Rebecca to cut my hair short and she did but…. She cut it wayyy to short in the back of my neck that’s not what I wanted I wanted to put it up still in a bun and play with my hair and now I can’t I have to wear clips in the back of my head so my hair can stay up she did the front good but not the back of my neck I’m very disappointed and upset now I can’t wait until the back grows out I don’t know if I will go there again we will see and see if I get different person instead

I have been going to this Sport Clips for some time now. It is my place to get a haircut each and every time. The venue is great and is set up for guys. Wait times have generally not been an issue. There have been occasions where they have been very busy due to a weekend or holiday; however, that is expected. If I can’t wait, I’ll come back another time. Jennifer takes care me and always does a great time. Although I like to use her each time I go, there have been occasions where I needed a cut right away during a time she was not working. So, another stylist has taken me and they cut my hair just as I expected. That’s how they work all together to ensure the customer is happy. Guys, I definitely recommend you come try it out, especially the MVP experience. I believe you will like it as I do.
