I saw the reviews, so I scheduled an appointment for 1pm with Jose. I came through at 1pm and Jose had a long term client waiting for a cut, but he didn’t have an appointment. Jose honored my appointment and cut me first. This is how it should be when you schedule an appointment. The cut and shave was crisp. I’ll be back in two weeks. That’s called customer service.
