Went to have a special day with my daughter’s (their first time getting nails) and my daughter in law getting our nails done. My youngest was cut twice, my daughter in law cut once. But they ruined my day by telling me they couldn’t get any of the nails I like. No ombre, no painted flowers however my daughter got ombre nails and my daughter in law got painted flowers (as you can see in the pic). I got to sit and watch instead of joining my kids for our mother daughter day. I am so disappointed.

Experience was the WORST experience I had, I left the nail shop upset. When I walked in , I wasn’t event greeted properly . The lady was sitting down in the back and was trying to talk to me back there , she proceeds to do my pedicure .. no conversation at all , the place looked dusty , the remote to the chair was dirty and had nail filing pieces everywhere . I didn’t feel comfortable at all , she did ok job on my nails . Rate on my feet 5/10 I could’ve did it if I had a gel polish kit. Wasn’t the best and I usually tip regardless but I couldn’t wait to leave more than anything ! If I didn’t have to pick up my son in a few hours , I would’ve went somewhere else .

Worst nail shop experience of my life…. I left this nail shop in tears my nails look awful!!! My nail tech told me he would be able to achieve coffin nail ombre look and he was not able to pull it off at all… Once I started bring certian details up to him he began to get ruff with my hands… And be rude with me. I will Never ever return to this place. I hate I had to pay for a service I was not satisfied with! I have a wedding to attend and I am beyond upset

Horrible pedicure. My feet looked better when I went in. Well at least my toes did. The young guy didn’t paint my toes all the way. It looks like I need a refill when I left. He never scrubbed my heels. I still have dead skin on my heels. I could’ve done a better job by myself. Bad pamper experience for my bday. I will not return. A waste of $38.

I had a great experience. I originally went to get my eyebrows done but decided to get my hands and feet done as well. John did a great job on my eyebrows and hands. The young lady who did my pedicure was awesome as well. I will definitely go again.

I am very disappointed of their job at this facility, they worked on my daughter’s nails and did a horrible job, was in such a rush to finish and was not even paying much attention to us and didn’t even clean around the nails when he was done. He still tried to over charge for such a bad job. Very disappointed and I will not be coming back to this facility for their services.

Critical: ProfessionalismApparently the pedicure is $25.00Unfortunately I have a minor cut under my foot and did not request a pedi.I asked how much was a shellac color change. The employee pointed to the menu she was showing me and it said $15.00 .I planned on returning as soon as my cut heals I agreed . Color change only was done.At the register she said it was $15.00 if would have also had a pedicure service.My total was $28.00 for a shellac color change.I paid and kindly told her she changed the service price. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI waited so long. I had to tell her what I wanted over 3 times and she got upset just because I wanted a simple manicure and pedicure. I do not like shellac and she kept trying to make me get it. I know about nails and nail products and I’m growing my nails naturally and she wouldn’t stop telling me to get something I didn’t want at the time. She made it seem like I wasn’t a valued customer because I wasn’t getting what everyone else is or what she wanted me to get. I won’t be coming back. First and last time. And I’m a blogger so I rate this location 0 stars of I could. The tools they use aren’t clean. She rushed my manicure and was very rude. And talking bad about me in a different language because I didn’t leave her a tip for my bad experience.I waited so long.
