I went in to have a color , few highlights, and hair cut. Haylee was very sweet and seemed knowledgeable. However, my hair was over processed making the color too dark (black instead of brown) and dry. I had decided to get my hair cut short, showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. Well, she cut and cut and cut. Needless to say my hair was butchered, very short and is nothing like I wanted. After 3 hours I finally said I had to go. I can’t imagine how much worse my hair cut would have turned out if I would have stayed a minute longer! It was the worst hair color and cut I’ve ever had. It will take months before I can do anything to fix it. Needless to say I won’t be back!!!
