I recently met with Ashley at their new location 1106 Normandy Dr. I can not thank her enough. Before diving into how amazing Ashley is and what a great job she did let me start with how nice the receptionist is. I believe her name is Safia. She made the initial step so easy. She sent me the forms so I could review at my leisure and have them filled before arriving so I wasn’t wasting any time. She was also able to to find a date and time that worked for my schedule. Did I mention how sweet and nice she is?

I’ve been there in person 3 times. The doctor is never there, the assistant never knows anything. I ask for services and the assistant says “I don’t know” she Said that,- “the doctor will call her”. I never call, neither he nor she. I have to beg to get an appointment and leave my money there. Me, I decided not to go back there! . My money is worth! And for me, she, the assistant, is very bad at the “Costummer Service”.

Very nice place, setting, & staff. I came here for a vitamin B12 and metaboost shot and ended up getting a cold & flu IV as well! The shot was painless and quick and the IV was a bit more intensive but they handled it well and were knowledgable about medicine and health. The IV insert did not even hurt when Ashwin found the vein in my arm faster than most nurses ever do. Then they put saline and hook you up to the IV in front of the TV and serve a refreshing drink. I came to feel a bit better and left feeling great! I could literally feel the vitamins nourishing my body. It was my first time trying a B12 shot or IV and I will certainly return!

The Nuvo You team is amazing! They provided IV treatments for my grandma and dad. They took such great care of them. My grandma has covid and said she felt better right away. My dad is very sick with ALS and the person who came kept him company and watched his show with him. Made his day! I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future. I myself have also gotten a B12 shot. Love this team!

Never done an IV treatment before so I pretty nervous on the process. However; the staff especially Paramedic Mark made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. His craftsman ship with the IV insertion was seemless and perfect.

I’ve been searching for the right med aesthetics spa for over a year now. I finally went to Nuvo You based off recommendation from a friend because I really liked how their work on Instagram looked super natural. It was very easy to book an appointment (I got in 2 days after calling). Simona is amazing!
