I had Sima. I specifically asked for just a clean up and to not make my brows any thinner. I don’t know what she did but there were so many holes of missing spots of hair, which made my already thin brows even thinner. She also cut me between my brows and left a red mark that will barely cover up with my make up. The two brows are not even. During the threading, I asked her to stop real quick so I could rub my eyes and she didn’t stop. I was very confused and overall very unhappy.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had scheduled an appointment at 11:00 am the day before. I arrived on time, but the lady showed up 7 minutes late and starts getting mad and is out loud complaining to someone on the phone about how annoyed she was to see a customer waiting outside the door. Where else do you expect me to wait when the door was close and my appointment was set for 11:00 am? Disrespectful and unprofessional. Very Disappointing. Definitely not going to this place. I arrived on time, but the lady showed up 7 minutes late and starts getting mad and is out loud complaining to someone on the phone about how annoyed she was to see a customer waiting outside the door. I loved it , my daughter Coralei , loved how her eyebrows are defined. This is absolutely the best place to go to , excellent service, the nice young lady is very polite., And very clean and this The Threading Place is following Gov Bakers rules are in place. Great The best in Boston.

If I can give this place a 0 I would. Got my eyebrows done today and the women messed up my eyebrows so so bad. She ended up changing the shape of my eyebrows causing them look uneven and missing hair from one brow. Won’t be coming to this place again.
