I have been going to The Studio for Hair for close to 5 years and I see Emily M. I absolutely can not say enough good things about this salon. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great. I have recommended it to all of my friends and family because the service is outstanding. I had a haircut with Missy who did an excellent job, my hair had so many dead dry ends from a year old balayage and I wanted to go short to get it all out, but was very hesitant. I had moved and my hair needed a new “home.” This salon is the best. Linnete listened to what I wanted carefully. She reviewd my hair texture and offered her expert opinion. I left with the best haircut of my life and felt pampered and taken care of. As far as prices, it is more expensive than other places, but you get great value for your money.

I’m loving my new haircut. I have a 3C type curls and I always had a hard time getting the right look done. But Natalie at this salon did a great job to get a cut similar to the photo I showed. It’s been almost 3 months and my hair still looks wonderful with each day. I Would definitely come back. I agree their prices are a little high compared to other small salons but they do shampooing as well before haircut and their stylists are very good at what they do. So instead of visiting a cheaper place and regretting it for months till your hair grows back, spend a little bit extra, look good and be happy . And did I tell that I got a new customer discount of $20..! That was a nice gesture too..!

I’ve been a client since 2016, faithfully going every two weeks to get my nails done by Amber. She’s the absolute best! Val is my colorist since 2017 and she keeps my hair healthy. She listened to my issues with my hair and also captured exactly what I was looking for. Emily was so sweet the entire time. Finding a hairdresser is one of the hardest things to do , but she did amazing. She listened to my issues with my hair and also captured exactly what I was looking for. Emily was so sweet the entire time. Didn’t have to show her pictures or anything just told her generally what I wanted done and she surpassed my expectations. “We request 48-hours notice for haircut cancellations and 72-hours for color services. Cancellations not made in this time frame, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a fee”…… Yet you guys cancel my appointment 2 hours before.. If BOTH stylists were very sick they probably felt sick a day before my appointment or had symptoms of a cold? Especially since covid is a thing and you guys take precaution. I understand being sick is out of your control, but there is no way that both artists didn’t feel any symptoms at least a day before, if they were both very sick the day of my appointment. I should have been notified WAY earlier, very inconsiderate. I had my appointment scheduled a month in advanced. I understand you guys tried to reschedule me but I am unable to reschedule my whole day again on a short notice and only get part of the service I signed up for. Again all I find unfair is how I wasn’t notified properly. I understand I am not a doctor, but it is very unlikely that both girls felt amazing the day before my appointment with no symptoms at all? I should have been notified early thats all! I understand that you cant control certain things.
