I’ve been going to The Spot in Pinecrest for my haircuts and beard trims since the pandemic started. It’s close to home so it’s super convenient. The shop is always very clean, plus, Nick and the rest of the staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. (The cafecito is an added bonus.) I used to go to Supercuts but I’ll never go back. If you haven’t tried The Spot, you don’t know what you’re missing.

Came in at 8am, three employees received me. One lady asked if I had an appointment. Told her I didn’t and that was it. I was first there. No one else at the shop, no effort or intention to accommodate me. So I left. 30 mins later I pass through telhe place after I had breakfast and guess what? 3 same employees sitting at the counter with no customers.
