Hands down this is the place to come around for a cut. This was my first experience and i loved it. I’ve been living here for 17 years and never was really satisfied until today. Jennifer monge was amazing. She pampered me completely. I received the executive package. Im telling you this is my spot and Jennifer monge is my barber.not only I was taking care off, as my son was waiting for me. He was offered a refreshment drink (juice or soda) and lollipops. I’ve used The Spot Barbershop for at least 5 years at Pinecrest, Downtown Dadeland, Doral, South Miami and I’ve always had a great experience. I was in Aventura area and made appointment on the App. I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment. I was asked if I had an appointment and I replied yes in 5 min with Gilbert. Half hour later I asked when he would be finished and he said the prior customer had put the wrong service and it delayed him. He never bothered to tell me that in advance or offer me water or drink which is customary when you arrive.When I asked for a refund all I got was excuses and not even an apology.
