Went with a group of 11 women. The spa was spacious and accomodating. Blondell, the masseuse, has magical hands. Although the services are expensive and possibly overpriced, you are getting luxury and quality. The steam room was fantastic also. I didn’t get to go in the soaking tub because it was full, but I felt extremely relaxed when I left.

Forgive me I forgot his name, Tully or Tilly maybe? (black guy, about 6 foot tall, half braided/half buzzed haircut w/ a shirt that said MASSAGE) was amazing helping me find the hotel and everything when I was super bent last night. Amazing customer service, wish I remembered his name

I have officially been amazed. I consider myself a well traveled man. I frequent all ranges of spas and this by far was the best one. From the ambiance to the customer service to the massage to the amenities everything was A++. My fiance book me this appointment. Upon arrival I was escorted to the men’s changing room. It included a smart mirror, four leather seats, 3TVs, a sauna, steam room individual showers and a Jacuzzi.

This is the best Spa & Salon in the world. The staff and the massages are beyond top notch. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place.

This is one of the top spas in the DMV! It is clean and sleek. Beautiful lounge area. Enjoy the steam room, the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. All the services are splendid. You can spend the entire day at the MGM. Arrived for breakfast and stay for lunch. Enjoy the spa to the fullest. It is a real treat. The prices are competitive. The staff is helpful, kind & thoughtful.

While the spa was beautiful (although poorly marked and difficult to find) and the people were friendly, it was not at all worth the money we paid for our pedicures. One of our massage chairs was broken, they only had ONE champagne flute for our glasses of champagne and then there were no dryers! I had a gel pedicure but my friend had a regular one. They used the disposable flip flops and we waited for a while before leaving. We even stopped for lunch downstairs (in flip flops in January!) to allow more drying time. Still, after 2 hours her pedicure was smudged when putting on her boots! So, after over $200 (with tips) on the peppermint pedicures, we had to repaint her toenails when we got home! It was 15° outside yesterday! They should have dryers available, especially if they want people from outside the hotel to come and use the spa! Next time I’ll just use my local nail salon, it may not be as fancy but it costs half as much and lasts longer!

I enjoyed my experience. I was offered water/coffee/tea upon arrival. I was asked to pay upfront with included 20% gratuity. I think what I paid may have been overpriced for the refine and restore facial I booked, but with all the added amenities such as sauna, jacuzzi, and women’s lounge it made me feel better about the money spent. My esthetician was Paige and she did a great job of explaining what she was putting on my face and the ingredients. I would come back for another facial.

I went to the spa at the MGM national Harbor yesterday and had the worst manicure EVER (my pedicure was fine…ish)! I left after 3 hours… not the good three hours of rubbing and pampering but three hours of stress that my nails were done improperly. I came to the spa and the staff up front was so friendly but that was the end of my good experience. I asked to keep my nails long and they were cut too short after having to do several filing corrections because they were cut sideways. After seeing the mistakes done to my nails I just wanted to get out of there. When I got home, I took a closer look at my nails that I have to get redone and I noticed the color is dull and faded like there wasn’t enough polish applied and the sides of my nails aren’t even painted. This is on top of the bubbles in the polish that are already starting to chip… I GOT THEM DONE YESTERDAY! My cuticles and skin around my fingers are also cut up and needed to be fixed too. Overall my experience was BAD.
