Website and Google both state this location is open until 7pm. I have been a customer for 10+ months at a different location but this location is down the street from my place. I called yesterday and explained I work a rather far distance, they scheduled my appointment and did state the parking is difficult. I circled multiple times, had to park in a residential area and walk nearly 10 mins to get to their location. I walked in late for my appointment, which I explained; however, I was greeted with we close at 6pm and you can’t get your service, oh and you can’t use the restroom either. The website and Google state you are open until 7pm… and no one on the phone states this change either. This makes me reconsider utilizing this company at all. Every three weeks, $60 since February! This is how we treat loyal customers that drive in an insane amount of traffic, after work, holiday week, and walk 10+ additional minutes because you have no parking to offer your clients either. No thanks!

I never leave negative reviews but this place is getting exhausting. i’ve been coming here for years but now every time I go there’s some extra upcharge to do the exact same service I previously had. they’ve told me to book/pay for brazilian (an extra $10) to get the entirety of the bikini area waxed (yes, it’s still a bikini but i’m booking brazilian to ensure i’m paying for all relevant areas) and i’m still getting another $15 upcharge if i’m specific about catching stray hairs the tech seems to be purposefully skipping. there is no reason why one should be paying $70 for a routine bikini wax. on previous occasions i’ve asked for the tech to fix mistakes and have just gotten a “no, I don’t have time.” truly sorry to be a hater but i’m over it.

I really love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility but the receptionist needs to be more friendly and courteous to the customers. I called to make an appointment and her tone was very unpleasant and not welcoming. If I were a first time customer, her demeanor and lack of personality over the phone would’ve promoted me not to schedule. However; bc I’m taking my daughter for the first time, I wanted Liz to complete her wax. My experience was amazing!! When you walk in the smell is wonderful!!! It smells of peaches and its very beautiful and neat! They greet you like you are family! When you go back the rooms are clean and sanitary each door has the name of your wax techician and after you are finished with your service, you get a warm wet towel roll in sweet peach brand packaging!! Very professional she also provided me with a few free samples!!! Loveddd it!
