The Spa & Salon at Margaritaville

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI tried calling six times to schedule massage, then I booked thru the website. two days later I receive a call saying there was a mistake and they need to reschedule my appointment with someone else and a later time, so I did. I arrived about 45 minutes early filled out paperwork that I already filled out online and waited. When my appointment time came she was still working on someone. She then came in and took me to the room and continued to tell me she had ate a salad earlier and thought she had food poisonings and that she would try and give me the massage but that she would not be able to give me her best. I drove an hour to get to the appointment and was early mind you.
