If I could give this place no stars I would!! So unprofessional, stops repeatedly to take care of their kids. That’s something they should tell you before booking. They quote one price then magically change it when you get there. There is nothing “fast” about this place. 11 hours for medium box braids just past the shoulders?!! I will NEVER patronize this place again.

Positive: QualityI called this business on a Saturday around 6pm and asked about their appts. The lady that answered let me come in the same night!!! I got micro braids which she finished within 2.5 hours..!! She was quick and the price was great.. she wore her mask and I wore mine.. i have no complaints and love my hair. I called this business on a Saturday around 6pm and asked about their appts. The lady that answered let me come in the same night!!! I got micro braids which she finished within 2.5 hours..!! She was quick and the price was great.. she wore her mask and I wore mine.. i have no complaints and love my hair. Critical: QualityTheir braiding is good for the most part so I decided to have them install my sewin. She could not part my hair for a side part and the install is a mess my thought is this if you can’t do it JUST SAY THAT. My install is lumpy and the braid flow does not fit my leave out!! Charged me $130 never again

My daughter wanted one style of braids but they were honest enough to tell me that her hair would come down quickly if they did them that way. They made suggestions to what would work for her short hair. They did her box braids and they are wonderful. And it didnt take all day. I will definitely keep coming here. These ladies are great!

Just got my hair done and i love it!!! I was first disappointed because i could not get the style i originally wanted due to my hair length but Julie came up with an alternate style. I REALLY appreciate her honesty by telling me the style I wanted would not last long and she did not want me to dissatisfied or waste my money. She could have just done the style, took my money and sent me on my way. She was pleasant to me, did an excellent job on my hair and I will be back. My advice to readers of the reviews is go and base your opinion from your own experience.

The service I received here was ok, not much customer-client chatter. I do believe its the culture difference. I’m used to going to hair shops where we talk girl talk it up from the entrance to the exit. I read the reviews and was a little leary but decided to go for it anyway. All in all I would go back because they were professional and my braids are BEAUTIFUL.
