I have been seeing Laura for over a year. She is the best Estheticians I have seen. She pays close attention to detail and making sure clients get exactly the outcome they are looking for. The Suffolk location is a beautiful office space. Everyone is professional and so pleasant, from the time you enter the office and are greeted by the lovely receptionist throughout the service provided by the charming technician. Wonderful experience, I highly recommend!!!

I go between here and the Norfolk locations. The environment is clean and friendly. I absolutely love Laura and wouldn’t trust any other place with with my Botox or filler. It’s not about the money.. trust me I got so obsessed with how good my lips looked the first time I got it done I wanted more- but I like that Laura treats you like her canvas and her art that she’ll put a hold on you because she’d rather you look natural then plastic. I’m also obsessed with Jessica for facials she does an amazing job and has helped me with my confidence, the microneedling sessions removed some scars on my face. All in all this is my sanctuary and those are my favorite girls but all of them are amazing. Definitely give them a shot you won’t regret it

Most excellent! I have been going to Rhonda for probably two decades, and I have never been disappointed! I moved to Williamsburg from Suffolk 9 years ago, and I have been to at least 10 other master aestheticians during that time. I finally gave up and just always travel back to Rhonda! She is the only one I’ve found who is truly passionate about her craft, and she is excellent, especially with extractions. I am happy to travel the hour from Williamsburg to get to her. . . it is well worth it!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityScheduled an appt for 245pm as a new client. Took about 6 mins to complete paperwork and I sat there for 40 mins just waiting! Had to ask how much longer and receptionist says about 5 more mins. A lady walked in right before I asked how much longer and they called her back before me! Don’t schedule appts if you don’t have the staff to keep them. I walked out of the office because I refused to wait any longer.
