I got a massage package for my Bday at the Spa and it was AMAZING! The service was great, super clean, very friendly staff! I love the massage, the steam room and all the amenities. I wish they have a separate jacuzzi for the spa so you keep it quiet and peaceful. But I had the best experience ever! I would definitely come back 🙂

Loved the massage. However the front desk needs attention. They charge extra for everything even a glass of champagne. My package included a drink and never got it or was asked if I wanted a drink. Never got a pool key or parking validation as well.

My facial was great! The spa manager was horrible. I heard her speaking down to a hotel guest. It was horrible to hear the condensing way she was speaking to the African American woman. For that reason I will not go back to this spa

What a rip off. Booked a 195 USD pp deal.( mani, pedi, facial and massage) for my daughter in law and myself. Bill totalled 720 USD. Many things which would normally be included were extras so be careful to check what you are getting.Really nice girls but I honestly felt totally ripped off.

Melody gave an excellent, firm massage. Spa itself was mediocre. Small size. Trying to book a same day appointment was difficult as they didn’t answer phones or call me back for 2 hours. I got an amazing discount using GroupOn, but the spa tacks on a mandatory 20%. Shouldn’t it be up to the client to decide how much tip to pay, otherwise where’s the incentive to provide good customer service? Steam room was tiny and clothing optional. Fortunately there was pool access as I had planned to spend a few hours here before my flight.

So I got my groupon for medi and pedi and I was blown away,from the moment I walked in the staff was amazing then they took me to the waiting room that had teas and fruit then the shower and steam room which you can use along with the pool as long as you want,the provide everything like robes,slippers,lockers,shower caps,lotion etc.the atmosphere was just fantastic.then I was taken to my appointment and met paloma who was fantastic and we talked the whole time and I genuinely enjoyed my time with her and she works hard and is very talented.she helped customize my nail colors which no ever di for me before.so I will definitely come back and recommend this spa.so take a gym bag with bathing suit and enjoy the day.even cool wash clothes with cucumbers for after the steam room.

Positive: QualityThe massage therapists and salon here is great; however, the customer service at the front desk is definitely lacking and unlike any spa experience I have ever had.Service wise: I had an amazing massage with Delroy! The only drawback was once I flipped over I noticed he wasn’t wearing a mask (must have taken it off after he came back in to the room/kind of misleading seeing as how everyone is wearing a mask in the spa). Outside of that drawback, it was the best massage I ever had.Ms. Von did my spa bliss pedicure & she was extremely personable, sincere, and paid special attention to detail. The receptionist told me that there was no availability to add a manicure; however, after talking to Ms. Von she openly offered to do it as she had an hour break in between my service and the next appointment. My nails and toes look great!Customer service wise— I had indicated that I would like a glass of champagne on my service card that the front desk handled and it was never provided until I asked Ms. Von during my pedicure. I desperately wanted to order food from the restaurant but was told there wasn’t enough time before my massage; however, I was offered chocolate covered strawberries for $25 (no thank you). After completing my services I asked AGAIN to order food and it was suggested for me to order at the restaurant instead of the spa (4 hours had passed since I first tried to order food, so by that point I said forget it). No one asked me how my services went and it took awhile to calculate my payment.
