We have booked three different SPA days for my wife and all have been cancelled. Each booking has been months in advanced and all the cancelations were only a few days before the appointment. We live 2.5 hours away so we always have to book a room in town for her day. She runs a daycare and takes care of two elderly parents, so she was really looking forward to the relaxing day. It has been very frustrating that they just up and cancel basically last minute. I understand that everyone is short staffed but they really should make an effort to honor their appointments.

Pretty good facial. I booked a 60 min facial and asked for a peel or something more exfoliating but the esthetician didn’t tell me how much more it was going to be which I knew it would be more but her massage techniques were basic and she didn’t massage my hands and arms while my face was sitting with a towel on it and no facial massage was included besides when she rubbed product on my face. She did write down the products she recommended and gave me a little massage on my shoulders and chest. Just wish my receipt told me what else I got added on besides the facial I booked originally.

This is a well equipped, lovely spa. I go to the spa for pedicures and all of the associates are thoughtful, professional and skilled at what they do. The Spa is very careful about their schedule and keep appointments well-timed so that you don’t feel like you are in a “factory!” This is a much better experience than the strip mall salons!
