After reading the 5 star reviews me and my best-friend went in for a waxing, the room was dirty, we sat on two dirty towels that she did not change for either of us, it appeared she used the same gloves but I can’t be sure. We left in excruciating pain and our symptoms developed less than 12 hours after our waxing, I know normal symptoms and those are not what we are experiencing. We asked multiple times about after care and she gave us no instructions. We asked questions throughout the whole process and none were truly answered. 2 days later we are both still in excruciating pain. We were informed our tech was a cosmetologist not a esthetician after our procedure, knowing that I would have never gone further. She waxed over the same spots multiple times until our skin was raw and now after the fact there are spots where our skin has been removed. I was also informed the original owner has moved away so I just warn everyone to do more research about this place. I now wish we would have.
