Not accommodating with appointments always told they are too busy. Prices used to be good not anymore. Always trying to get you to add other services too like massages that I did not ask for. Not everyone has money to burn!

Made an appointment for a pedicure & waited 10 minutes in the “lobby”. When I was taken to the pedicure station I waited another 5 minutes while a walk-in customer was promptly taken care of. I walked out & will never return.
