Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueJessica has been my hair stylist for 10+ years and she always exceeds my expectations! She does a great job at listening to my hair concerns and coming up with a solution. I’ve had black hair to blonde hair and everything in between and it is always impeccable. Jessica is always working to improve her skills and educate herself and others on new skills/services. Recently I got a row of hand tied weft extensions to give my fine hair more volume. I was shocked at how natural they look (texture and color) and the amount of body just one row added! They also have been really easy for me to maintain and I love that Jessica uses this method as there is minimal damage to your natural hair. Jessica has been my hair stylist for 10+ years and she always exceeds my expectations! She does a great job at listening to my hair concerns and coming up with a solution. I’ve had black hair to blonde hair and everything in between and it is always impeccable. Jessica is always working to improve her skills and educate herself and others on new skills/services. Positive: QualityI had neck surgery back in September 2019 and the Surgery Center shaved off have of my head. Also, during the surgery, they aggravated my nerve endings. I was devastated, to say the least. I didn’t know what to do. I had my heart set on having extensions after trying many different kinds of hair clip-ins and trying to match my hair color. I made an appointment with Amber and Jessica on February 9, 2021 for a hair color and permanent extensions. This was my very first experience with permanent extensions and I was super excited. They were very welcoming and understanding to my needs, and the salon was a very cozy and a comforting place to be in, considering I had been feeling very uncomfortable with my hair had and embarrassed to be in public. I was nervous during the implementation because of my nerve issues but during the installation and after, I have had no problems with my nerves because of the extensions, thanks goodness! This hair is very light and mimics real natural curl patterns and looks beautiful wet and dry, straight and curly. Easy to maintain and is absolutely beautiful. They matched my colors by using a photo only, and I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase!! I highly recommend The Shop A Beauty & Grooming Parlor for hair extensions, and more.
