My daughter and i came to the salon for the first time for a blowout. The blowout and experience all around were excellent from the girl who washed our hair to Nicole who did both our blowouts. It was beyond relaxing and she was so sweet. Most importantly, the receptionist was happy, smiling and welcoming which I find very important when you walk into a place of business. That is a rare commodity these days. Everything was great and we will def be back!!

Used Nicole…she was excellent!! I was so reluctant to try someone new because I like where I went, but for the price I’m paying I don’t want to see my hairdresser running around (literally, sliding into her station lol funny at the time too). And jumping chair to chair, no matter how good my color is and cuts always rushed because someone is staring at you to get in the chair.

I asked for a simple cut and my stylist managed to give me the complete opposite. I hadn’t gotten a haircut in a year and wanted to cut off ONLY 2 inches. I made sure to show her a perfect reference photo as well as pointing to how long I wanted my hair. After confirming with me, she ended up cutting my hair all the way to my shoulders and gave me a completely different look. I never wanted short and now I have it. I went to Lawrence Girard to get a root touch up and a haircut and I was persuaded to get over processed blond highlights against my dark brown hair. I went back to the salon after two days hoping that they can correct the issue and instead the recommendation was for me to go home and moisturize my hair. Why would a stylist not recommend the best process for me or if my hair was not in the condition to take such a bleach why did they proceed. I as a client was relying on a professional stylist to recommend what was best for my hair. Obviously they do not care about doing a good job.
