She does the best job at my eyebrows! Honestly haven’t been anywhere better. However, she had been gone on vacation for 10+ days. When I called her she said she would be back in on this past Monday. I came this Wednesday (September 21st) and she still wasn’t in with a sign on the door. I’m sure there’s some type emergency, however I’ve come before when she was supposed to be open and there was no sign on the door and everything was closed. The only reason for the 4 star is because hours are kind of inconsistent even if it says open on Google. So just a warning for those of you – as of September 21st 2022 this sign is on the door.

I went to her in junior high, 5 years ago and just recently went there. She remembered me and even remembered my family. She is so sweet and personable and does an incredible job on my eyebrows. Very unprofessional visit !!!She took all of my eyebrows off !!! I mean these are thin little strips i been growing them and had them perfect after a good year of working on them and then got upset with me because i wasn’t happy and then i didnt want sny further more work done with my brows and unprofessionally says now i wasted my tent which is eyebrow tint color Like i am so sorry there isn’t any eyebrows left to even tint mam!! And thenn got my face done snd just rudely moving my head lol i was so shocked by this kind of behavior i usually never have a problem. But i just paid and left but now i keep looking st my brows aand so upset

This is the best place to get your eyebrows done in the Cincinnati area. I drive 27 min from West Chester but it’s totally worth it. Everyone has to complement my eyebrows when I get them done. It’s such a change. I feel like a whole new person.
