Kanika is very talented. Her hands are truly a gift from God. I read a previous review, and thought that is so true. You won’t want to go to anyone else. This is a blessing and a curse for a master stylist. The demand for her services are great, so you may have to wait longer or reschedule. The point is Kanika doesn’t rush once you get in her seat. She takes her time and does a great job. You will leave looking like a million bucks. Thank you Kanika for all you do. You are appreciated.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI didn’t get a chance to use this business. The reason is because Kanika did not acknlowledge me as her client. My appointment was at 11:30. I waited on her for 40 minutes. It was 12:10 when I finally asked the receptionist how long is my wait for Kanika. She went to ask Kanika and she said I need to rescedule. Reschedule? I told her to that I wish I would have known that before I drove all the way from Eden Prairie. I believe this is unprofessional. If she would have acknowledged that I was there. At least come out to say, hello, you know what I may be late” then I would have appreciated that. No acknowledgement or personal responsibility for being late. Kanika (Kiki) will ruin you. She ruins you because once you’ve had her do your hair- you’ll NEVER be satisfied with anyone else. The hair that she provides is second to none! Never sheds and always looks natural and is cut to perfection.
