I set up an online appointment for 9am for a basic manicure with polish and no one was there until 9:05am so I just waited outside. When I checked in I again confirmed what I wanted as I did not want to pay the extra for gel nails since it was the cost as a fullset. The nail tech was super nice but in the end my bill was $50 for a black french tip. I asked why it was so much since all I wanted a natural manicure with nail color change and was told that’s what I received and the pricing was wrong on the website. Nails chipped 2 days later was a waste of money as I could have gotten a full set for the same price at another salon.

I REALLY like Princess Nails! They are really clean, everything is sanitized, great selection of colors for nails & variety of services offered. I see Michelle & she never disappoints. She is always willing to try something different or copy pictures taken in. Love my most recent pedicure, purple with fairy dust added! Give them a try, you won’t be sorry.

I was cut multiple times when i was getting my old acrylics off 3 times underneath my nails when he was cleaning up the new acrylic set that he just put on with the pointy drill thing. Never going back didn’t really like the job he did I’ve had nails done better than what he did. The gel is also very thick.

Today was my first visit at the salon. I almost turned around and walked out due to the little to no greeting that I received. I started to tell the employee behind the desk that I was here for my 11a w/Tam and she literally walked away from me in mid-sentence. Then I realized after looking around there was a self check-in system which is fine but the rudeness was ridiculous, since I planned to spend my money there. I sat down with Tam, who was amazingly friendly and very sweet. I would give Tam a solid (individually) 5 stars. Jury still out if I’ll return, since I’m coming from North Phoenix into Anthem.
