We did the salt cove with a groupon. It’s a very small room not much salt, from the other rooms I’ve seen pictures of this is a cheap knockoff at best, while Shirley was very nice I won’t be back. This is the salt that was on the floor well it was actually rocks but okay. They pumped in breathable salt supposably.

I wish I could leave a review explaining how much my fiance and best friend loved their massage but they couldn’t even get a finalized appointment to experience one!!! I purchased two groupon massages as gifts. My best friend contacted the owner to book and scheduled TWO appointments only to later have them canceled on her by the owner who stated she had family emergencies. When my best friend contacted her back, she didnt get a return text or call to reschedule for a third time. My fiance called to schedule his appointment and she was very rude to him stating she’s not sure how she can accommodate him because he’s male and she will need someone else in the building (which we understood). Our Groupons are now set to expire in 4 days and my fiance called AGAIN to see if a massage could be set up or something could be done and we were give the answer ” well I can’t do anything for you.” Usually when I purchase through Groupon, the experience is wonderful. Now I just feel awful for my best friend and fiance who thought they received a great gift because it reality all they were given as a gift was poor customer service and a hassle.

I must say, just ignore all the negative feedback that the rest posted here. Shirley is very professional and kind. She listens also. I have been to many massages and with many massage therapists. Her skills are great, pressure is to the point; very soft and strong hands.

Wish I could have it as no stars! I work with people all day long, and I get things happen. After I received this as a gift for my birthday I was really excited for it. Contacted Shirley to set appointment, that was on April 30th, she didn’t have an opening til June 6th, that’s fine, I really wanted this so I would wait. I work long hours on my feet all day long with very little time off. Specifically scheduled my day off for June 6th to receive the massage. In the text from Shirley when we scheduled it, she said to show up 10 minutes early, I showed up 25 minutes early because I also read some of the other 1 star reviews. The staff at the salon was very nice, and after speaking to a couple people I still waited. Someone who was doing a pedicure noticed I had been there for about 45 minutes already and said to someone they need to get Shirley, so someone got her and guess what, she was with a client she booked for the same time. She came out and told me to write my name and number down because she didn’t know what happened, and I had asked if we can get this done today and she said no because she was booked. I was supposed to be one of her bookings. I can read people and from it looked like with the people at the salon, it looks like this happens a lot. I have text from her, and text confirmations from Groupon showing my confirmation of appointment. She calls me back, I explain to her the text I have, she said mine got cancelled and should have received a text on that, I never cancelled and never received a text showing it was cancelled as she said I should have. The apology was mediocre at best, and she had no resolution to the problem. I have been in sales and customer experience positions my whole life, and frankly I would have to say there is no customer service or customer satisfaction here. If you want to schedule a massage, look forward to it and get your hopes up of how wonderful it will feel, only to wait for 45 minutes to find out she screwed up somehow, and then get a mediocre apology with no resolution, then sign up right away people! This is definitely the person to go to in order to get that type of disappointing experience. Enter at your own risk! Side note, the people at the salon are really nice and welcoming, so if you need a haircut, manicure, or pedicure, go to Tiger Den Salon. Smells wonderful in there and you can tell they have built up a relationship with their clients where they don’t dissappoint.

Bad business, I waited 3 months for appointment as she only schedules so many groupon per week and only at certain times. They canceled my appointment day of and said she would call me next day to reschedule. A week later after not hearing back, I reached out. She said she couldn’t talk and sent me random appointments without confirming times. When I text I can’t make that day/time she states she will call me back and never did. No respect for customers or their time. Groupon has esculated investigation and I hope they no longer allow this company to do business on their site.

I purchased several Groupon Coupons for the women in my family and was worried when they had to call a few times to get an appointment. Once they reached the person and made the appointment, I was told by them that it was by far the best massage they have ever had, and they have had many. I hesitate on Groupon deals because you never know if it will be a good experience or a bad one, but it looks like I struck gold here. You will be my “Go To” gift for the women in my family and I may even try to get my son to get one 🙂 I also will be making an appointment for myself!! Thank you for your excellence.

I would give 0 if I could. I suffer from autoimmune issues and muscle tension. My boyfriend was a sweetheart and bought me a massage on Groupon. Driving really aggravates my muscles but I drove an hour plus out. I asked for a tissue and she asked why I said I’m either just getting over a cold or allergies or something. She denied service over a simple runny nose! I wasn’t coughing or anything. She said she would reschedule but it took three weeks to get this appointment. Who knows if I’m sick or my allergies act up before then. I’ve NEVER had someone deny me over a runny nose nor is it written anywhere to reschedule if you are.

I received my massage for Mother’s Day so I went and redeemed it today. Best gift I have ever gotten Shirley was amazing. She has amazing hands. I’m planning on getting the membership. I told my sister I would take my wig off for her. I DON’T TAKE MY WIG OFF FOR ANYONE!!!

Shirley is great. She and I discuss my issues thoroughly. She then proceeds to administer the correct pressure and treatment. I do notice that those who have issues with her seem to lack the basic understanding of how a business is run. If you don’t show up for a scheduled appointment she loses that income or if it’s prepaid you can re-schedule. Would you work for free? If you are ill, a massage can acerbate your illness and not only make the therapist ill but all her clients face becoming ill because you were selfish enough to show up sneezing and coughing. Get over yourselves and you feelings of entitlement…..
