I started receiving treatment from Liz in Sept – Oct 2018 following a major surgery which resulted in significant post surgical swelling. I had weekly lymphatic drainage massage for about 8-10 weeks once cleared by my surgeon. I credit the lymphatic drainage massage for an easier and less complicated post surgical recovery. After that course of treatment was over I have continued massage therapy with Liz weekly (or every other week) on average. Liz takes care to check-in at the beginning of each session to see if there are any particular areas of concern. My sessions are respectful and relaxing. Now, I see regular massage therapy as a means of self-care. The prices are reasonable and Liz is accommodating with scheduling. I recommend highly!

I’ve been to many massage therapists and I have to say I think Liz is the best. And I don’t say that lightly. It’s all about the total package, not only what she does but also about who she is. And Liz checks off all the boxes. She’s very well educated and trained in massage therapies and techniques, she’s reliable and honest, she genuinely cares about her clients, she’s intuitive and smart, and on top of that a delight to work with. And did I mention, she gives fantastic massages! 🙂 And don’t let her small frame fool you, she can go as deep and firm as you can stand. Liz also has some nice touches like wrapping your feet in a warm moist towel at the end of the session. I definitely recommend her!!
