I’ve been to the Nailery for pedicures and have had the same nail tech, Shelly. She is wonderful! I love that their pedicures focus on nail and feet health. Shelly is always so positive and educational. I really feel like I am getting quality service, not to mention their pedicures are at least 3x the length of a generic walk in pedicure place. I love the dry pedicures and I feel like the calluses and cracks in my heels are getting better! Highly recommend

Their voice message says it all “tell us the time you want your service…if we do not have that time we will not call you back.” Really??? I was willing to work with the cash only, but I don’t know who has time to fuss with that scheduling nonsense. Totally one sided consideration of themselves not their customers. Will not be back. Lauren delivers the absolute best manicures in town!! I typically like to stretch my appointments out a bit (around 3 weeks) and I’ve had zero issues with lifting or breakage. I also can be a little picky about shape and style of my nails but Lauren is always spot on with everything that I ask for. I would 100% recommend the Nailry! Gel manicures

Shelly was my Person and she was phenomenal!! I can’t say enough about her my hands were a mess. I hadn’t had them done in a while and just relocated back here. I was gone for 20 years so I asked and this place came highly recommended and they worked with me to get me in they were so understanding and sweet. I would give this place if it was 10 out of 10 it would be a 14+.

Employee review because I believe it’s important! The nailry is a great place to work! Especially as a beginner nail technician. Beth the owner found me while I was still in school, and has been an amazing mentor, along with her husband Ray, and Shelly. Beth and Ray have owned the salon for 39 years (wow!) And they all have this amazing quality of making you feel like you’re part of the family. We all have each others backs, are able to ask questions, and help each other grow. The nailry is consistent on furthering our education. We are constantly taking classes, and working on growing our skill set, staying up with the latest trends, and doing research on new products that will give our clients the most beneficial results. They are flexible with scheduling, which is super helpful for mama’s like myself, and will work with you on what you need. We are paid hourly, which helps new technicians save on not having to rent a station, and not having to pay for product. Again, SUPER helpful for new technicians! The environment is warm and welcoming. We take pride in our work, we love what we do, and we help each other grow in a drama free environment. What more could you ask for? I truly believe the nailry is one of the hidden gems in spokane, and am proud to be an employee here! ♥

Sadly I felt this company was one that’s happy with its current clientele and not interested in growing or responding to new clients. After spending $100 for excessive add-ons and told they actually don’t even offer the services they post on Facebook and Instagram I left wanting to reschedule with feeling pushed out the door and never receiving a call back. My technician was wonderful and sweet and and it’s kind of sad that management would be preventing her growth I do not recommend this company regardless of how long they’ve been in business their customer service is a complete zero

Owner/manager personally took care of me and made me feel welcomed as a walk-in! He took the time to ale my nails look incredible, he was pleasant and personable, and I left feeling like I’d been given VIP treatment! Very reasonable price for the level of service and quality of end product 🙂

First the women who did my nails was super sweet! The quality was horrible, the polish was saggy, missed areas and barely dry when she told me that’s it she had another client. Barely made it to the car and ruined two all ready. Kept catching two of them because they were to short across the width. Went there because they were supposed to be so great! Not worth the 50.00 on acrylic should have been awesome. Oh I did have an appointment, and was told that she had 25 years experience doing nails. Won’t go back. Just being honest more people need to be honest.
