Dr. Annie Casta is Board Certified in Family & Sports medicine. She did her undergraduate degree in Purdue University with a scholarship from Bill and Melinda Gates. Pursued her medical degree in San Juan Bautista School of Medicine. Completed Family Medicine specialty at University of Miami. Sports Medicine subspecialty completed at Boston University. Worked as only primary care sports medicine physician at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. One of the USA ski team physicians. As a family physician she has been found it vital to offer to patients hormone replacement and weight loss programs to her patient, that are safe and physician supervised.

The girls at CIMA Med Spa are amazing! They made me feel comfortable and welcome from day one and through out the entire process. I went in to get smile line filler and with this being my first time ever getting any type of injectable type procedure done I was so anxious but they made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I have just finished having the last PRP injections for my knees. I can not even begin to tell everyone how incredibly happy I am with the results!!! Dr. Casta and staff are the absolute best hands down. I’m so thankful I was made aware of this process and I highly recommend it to anyone that suffers with knee issues (I would imagine other joint issues can use this process as well) Everyone in the office are so incredibly helpful and they take the time to explain everything above and beyond what is expected. I highly recommend CIMA Med Spa!!!

My non-surgical nose job experience was exceptional at CIMA med spa! The staff was so kind and made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked into the building. Marcella, the PA, prepped me thoroughly and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted with my nose. She took very good care of me & took her time with the procedure. She made sure to walk me through the entire process, which made me feel more at ease, and was very helpful with all of the questions I had. Jessica and Sue were also very pleasant and kept me informed with all post-procedure information. I am very happy with my new nose and look forward to going back.

Excellent, excellent experience! Very friendly staff that helped make me feel more comfortable with getting botox for the first time. Brittney was extremely informative on the different options and what I should expect during and afterwards. The PA-C, Marcella made is completely painless, which was what I was most worried about. You can tell she has been doing this for a very long time and truly enjoys making her patients feel and look beautiful! They both listen to what it is you are looking for and tailor your treatment, I am almost due for a touch up and I still have no wrinkles! 20/10 would recommend for anyone that is nervous to get any type of cosmetic procedure.
