This is like a mini vacation for me. Every visit is a good one. I get to choose my music to listen to based on my mood. I get either a hot or cold beverage. When I get just my nails done, I also get a wonderful massage. I recommend coming here to get that one on one experience. Traci will take really good care of you. Manicure, Pedicure

Traci truly created a relaxing spa experience for my first visit with her. She was also the most knowledgeable nail technician I have seen – she explained what she was doing and why, and also gave me information about my nails (turns out they are more fragile than I’d realized) and how to best care for them at home. I was so relaxed during my pedicure that I nearly fell asleep and that has never happened at any nail salon I’ve used before. Traci is a wonderful Nail Technician. I’ve been going to see her for the past 3-4 years for pedicures. I’m also in the industry and can recognize that she keeps her salon nice and clean.

I have been receiving pedicures from Traci for about 3 years (or more). She is thorough and meticulous in her work. It is peaceful and quiet in her salon space. She offers many comforts i.e. warmed neck pillow, essential oil, and many nail color options! I love the fact that the foot bath that she uses is completely sanitary. (No water is keep in the lines.) There isn’t a chance a contamination with that type of a system! I highly recommend her.

I was unable to get service done, so maybe my review would be different if I had. Unfortunately, I had attempted 3 separate times to call and ask pricing as well as set an appointment for acrylics for sure and possibly a pedicure as well. Despite the 3 separate phone calls, (one was made prior to 8:30 because apple says she opens at 7. Google says 830) I received no answer. So I decided to swing in to salon concepts and just see if she was available to speak about setting an appointment. As I entered her area of the building, all lights were on but she was no where to be found. I proceeded back into my vehicle and again attempted to place a phone call. With no luck, figures. This review is purely based on the inability to get ahold of the shop to schedule an appointment for services. This review is not based on the quality of services as I was unable to receive any services. I hope in the future, I will be able to edit this review to a better rating. But for now, I don’t recommend waisting your time as you more then likely will have to go somewhere else anyways.

Frist of all this place is boujiiiiiee second of all we knocked down all the nail polishes and they broke they didnt care about that then we said can we get are nails done for free they said no so picked up a bike and panted are nails so I would say a very nice experience!
